WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

If the size doesn't fit or the item got damaged during the transport let us know and we will work it out for you. Please note that you will receive a full refund only when the tracking information on the items you are sending back are active and showing the they are on the way to us (even if they have not reached their destination yet).
* Refund requests on items based on personal styling judgment and distinguishing body fitment will not be accepted.
HOW CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
If, for any reason, you wish to exchange your item, please save the original shipping packaging first. This way you can simply place a "Return To Sender" sticker on it to return it. Please contact us through firstname.lastname@example.org to choose what you want to exchange your item for and for further assistance.

We ship worldwide. Using Plain Post (tracking service included) or Courier companies.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You can track your order status in real time by entering your tracking number at : https://www.17track.net/en or https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input
After an order has been placed, it's immediately sent to one of our 4 fulfilment centers where we will ship your items within 2-7 business days. Please allow 10-20 days for the package to arrive.
Please note: Due to the popularity of certain items in our catalogue, shipping times may take longer than the estimates above.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
For T-Shirts and hoodies that are printed in the US - it should take 1-3 weeks. (Usually much faster). You will see a USA flag on the page to confirm it's printed and shipped from the USA.
For other items it would Usually take 2-3 weeks.

If your order hasn't arrived within 45 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund of your purchase.

I'VE PLACED AN ORDER WITH MULTIPLE ITEMS RECENTLY, CAN I COMBINE THEM INTO ONE PACKAGE?
Since we have 4 different warehouses, we don't have all our products in one place, so when you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped separately. So you'll probably receive one item before the next. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you! :-)
I'VE PUT A WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS AND/OR PICKED A WRONG SIZE/VARIANT! CAN I CHANGE IT?
If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care and we'll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.
